2024 Dates of Availability:
June 1 - July 31 for Individuals and Interns
June 1 - July 31 for Camps, Conferences, and Groups
There is no availabilty for guest or camp housing in May or August.
Individual and Intern Housing Applicants
New Users select Start Individual (Intern) Application.
- Fill out the Registration (Intern) page and create a login you can easily remember.
- Once you are logged in, select Individual (Intern) Application).
- Complete and submit the application.
- You will receive an email from our office immediately confirming submission.
- Units for summer will become available in April, so you will hear back from our office then after we have assigned you a space.
- Housing is guaranteed for all applicants, however floorplans are subject to availability.

Returning Users select Individual (Intern) Application to view and accept or decline your hosuing offer.
- After offer acceptance, guests can view and contact their assigned roommate(s).
- After offer acceptance, guests can update vehicle information for parking.
Guests should make payments via the Payment Portal.
- Payment is due in full before or on the day of check-in.
- All payments made are non-refundable after April 15th 2024.
Camps, Conferences, and Group Housing Requests
- Submit an inquiry with our office by selecting "Group (Camp) Enquiry"
- Become a Contact via selecting "Register Here."
- Fill out the Application to the best of your ability.
- Our office will be in touch with you within 5-7 business days of submission.
