Academic Non-Compliance Information

All University Housing residents are required to be enrolled students during the fall and spring terms. If a student is not adequately enrolled in the minimum number of credit hours, they are no longer eligible to live on-campus and may be required to vacate.

Renewal and Sign Up Information

Students residing on campus in the Spring 2024 term may go through one of two returning resident applications to secure housing for the 2024-2025 academic year. Non-first year students may be eligible to go through the Renewal application which secures their same exact room for the next academic year. Residents who do not renew or were not eligible to renew and all University Commons residents will be eligible for the Sign Up Application.
